you with a place to ask for financial donations for any reason. The
Beggar's Club will never share your email address or personal information
with anyone. No one can contact you through this site because The
Beggar's Club is strictly confidential and all donations are made directly
through the club. The Beggar's Club will not disclose who a donator
is, not even to the donation recipient. The Beggar's Club is a for-profit
business. There are fees involved with joining this club. Current
fees will be disclosed to you on the Paypal form when you attempt to subscribe.
If you do not agree to the fees you do not have to continue with the subscription.
Fees may vary depending if there are any specials offered. Your fees
will be locked in according to the terms of your subscription when you
subscribe through Paypal at the time of your subscription. The Beggar's
Club reserves the right to edit your story by shortening it, correcting
spelling, or embellishing it to make it more attractive to donators.
The Beggar's Club is not responsible for the validity of any story.
The Beggar's Club also reserves the right to publish fabricated stories
and donations to make the site appear successful and to attract more donators
and beggars to the site. Any donations made to fabricated stories
become the property of The Beggar's Club. Any donations made to actual
stories will be paid one week after the trial period is over and the subscription
has been paid. Future donations will be paid out on a weekly or bi-weekly
basis as long as the member remains a member with an active subscription.
The Beggar's Club keeps 5% of posted donations when payment is made.
All payments are made through Paypal. If a member's paypal account
becomes inactive and payment can't be made that member will forfeit their
donations to The Beggar's Club. If a member cancels their subscription,
any money donated but not yet paid will become the property of The Beggar's
Club. Any member who cancels their subscription during their trial
period will forfeit any posted donations and the donations will become
the property of The Beggar's Club. Most of the donations you see
to actual stories are made by The Beggar's Club and are not coming from
outside donations. These donations made to The Beggar's Club are
made to help get the story started off. The Beggar's Club decides
which stories receive donations from The Beggar's Club either randomly
or by deciding which stories are more attractive to the site. Nearly
all quotes or sentiments posted near the donation amount on the site are
made up by The Beggar's Club. Any donation made from an outside source
will be paid to the beggar provided the beggar is still an active subscriber
at the time The Beggar's Club makes it's payments which is usually each
Friday or Saturday or every other Friday or Saturday. Anyone who
canceled and who had donations posted but were not yet paid agree to forfeit
those donations to The Beggar's Club. The Beggar's Club is for entertainment
purposes only and all members agree to be solely responsible for canceling
their subscription through Paypal if they wish to cancel their membership.
All requests to cancel sent to The Beggar's Club will be ignored.
Member agrees that they will not file an unauthorized dispute or any type
of dispute with Paypal for any subscription payments made to The Beggar's
Club. Forgetting to cancel your subscription does not constitute
a reason to get a refund. The Beggar's Club does not offer refunds
for any reason. If you do not understand any part of this agreement
please do not subscribe to The Beggar's Club. If you do subscribe
you agree that you are taking a chance on getting any actual donations
from outside sources. Largest actual donation made from an outside
source was $60. If you sign up to appear on page 1 but do not actually
subscribe to the site you will forfeit the payment and it becomes the property
of The Beggar's Club. Simply signing up to be on page 1 does not
make you a member. You must subscribe to the site using the subscription
link on the subscription page at http://www.thebeggarsclub.com/subscribe.html
